THE BORDER PROTOCOL (CUSTOMS & TARIFFS)
We operate a decentralized North American manufacturing matrix. 90% of our artifacts are printed domestically within your country (USA or Canada). However, if local heavy-canvas blanks are exhausted, your artifact may be routed across the border to ensure fulfillment.
The Kindness Guarantee: If you are a Canadian citizen and your artifact is routed from the USA, resulting in a surprise customs/duty fee at your door, we have your back. We will refund the exact cost of the tariff, up to a maximum stricture of $25.00 CAD per package/shipment, directly to your original payment method. A valid, unedited photographic receipt and matching carrier tracking number are required. We reserve the right to verify all customs data.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because every artifact is custom-forged upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer's remorse. Check the sizing specifications carefully before acquiring your artifact.
However, if an artifact arrives physically damaged or the heavy-ink print is defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will forge and dispatch a replacement immediately.
